An Integrated Management System (IMS) is a single, comprehensive and consistent management system designed to manage multiple facets of an organization’s operations in line with multiple standards, accounting for quality, environmental and health and safety management, information security, energy and asset management. The combined approach provides a valuable overview of important business processes, creates significant synergies and pools resources, avoid duplication of effort, reduce audit fatigue through lean documentation, time and cost savings thereby forming an effective and strong foundation for modern enterprises.

- Integrated Management Systems: Implementation Training Course, and
- Integrated Management Systems: Internal Auditor Training Course for ISO 9000, ISO 14000 and ISO 45001

This course is designed for all functions and levels of an organization who need to gain understanding of the requirements in the standard, including those from organizations that are currently certified or yet to be certified.

- Personnel managing The Quality, Environmental & OHS management system, Management Systems Managers (MSM), process owners and internal auditors.

- Overview of ISO 9001:2015, ISO14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018
- ISO High-Level Standard (HLS) – Introduction to business risks, organizational context
- Similarities and Differences, and audit approach for these IMS
- Standard Interpretation, Group exercises
- Internal audit concepts and techniques, group exercises In line with ISO 19011:2018 The guidelines of management system auditing
